Had an excellent game with this GM. He adapted to the groups play style and PC characteristics style very well, great balance of role play and combat. We had a combat that got difficult because of how the dice rolled, and he allowed us to use creativity to adapt so we were successful but not in a way that felt like we were being pandered to or just handed a win. At the end of the one shot I felt like I wanted to continue playing with these characters in this story.
