Jim is a fabulous world and character builder, detailed, creative, and fun. The information he provides is abundant, but he takes the time to tailor what you as your character would know in that setting so it's not overwhelming. He invests in your backstory and, since the info is tailored, it means we find information out from other players organically. Jim is patient and takes time to explain concepts or walk new players or rusty players through mechanics while still keeping the game on track. If you have a concept but aren't sure how to get there, he will work with you to present options and their pros and cons. The story is always engaging, he is great at improvisation, and he's hilarious.
