Really enjoyed the laid-back approach taken to what was essentially the first session (or close to it) of Shadowdark for all involved, including JD. His many years as a GM were readily apparent in being able to deal on the fly with any unexpected situations or unknowns that came up along the way as we all learned more about the system and got our feet underneath us. His demeanor is very welcoming to all and he makes even the newest of players feel right at home.
