Joe was the best DM I ever had the pleasure of playing with. He balances story, shenanigans, and drama insanely well and does a fantastic job incorporating the characters and backstory into the game. I highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a DM that cares about the players, the story, and gameplay while also being able to homebrew incredible items, settings, and characters (not to mention the characfer voices!) He's not just a good guy, he's a great guy.
