About Buppy
Hi there! I'm Buppy. Welcome to the Pack! Games with me are a mix of serious, deep character-building moments and goofy comedy. I like to offer a mix of shorter and longer sessions so players can try new builds or characters while also enjoying their long-time favorites. I also love to help people learn the ropes, and as someone with years of teaching experience I'm a great asset to new players entering their TTRPG experience for the first time. Before finding my way into DnD fully, I was a huge nerd for fantasy stories and was constantly reading. When I was little I even got pulled out of a soccer game for bringing a book onto the field and reading during the game! (it fit in my pocket) My education is in music, and I think that running modules is and familiar settings scratches a similar itch to performing music - it's the same framework each time, but every play through is so very different! If you join up with one of my tables, be ready for a personalized approach to your character with as much attention and care as it takes to bring our story together. See you at the table!

How Buppy runs games
If you decide to join my table, my goal with you will be to inspire creativity. I think every aspect of gameplay can be approached creatively, whether it be roleplay, exploration or combat! While I do believe that rules are important and add the framework for how the game is played, I always strive to reward creative decision-making and definitely lean towards Rule of Cool whenever I can. Character voices are a go with me, and while they may not always be perfect, I don't shy away from making bold choices. I hope to create a comfortable space where everyone can make the choices they want to for their characters!

When you join one of my tables, you become part of the Pack! That means that everyone who joins a game is a welcome and equal member, and first and foremost I expect for members to treat each other with respect and understanding, both in game and out of game. My ideal table brings a group of players who think differently but are good listeners, and can use their differences to come up with creative solutions to the problems in front of them :D
