I’ve been following Bruno and Deep Dice for a while, and when I finally had the chance to play their Murder in Arabel campaign, it was a true revelation. The way the characters’ backgrounds are woven into the story is a complete game changer. Even though I had played D&D before, I had never felt so immersed in a story, nor had I ever built such strong connections with the other players so quickly and naturally. We’ve now been playing together for a few months, and every single session feels more engaging than the last — I always end up wishing the next one would come sooner. What I especially love is Bruno’s passion and joy in bringing his world to life, and the genuine curiosity he shows in how you interact with it. His style leaves plenty of space for the players, yet his skill lies in guiding the rhythm of interactions with such a gentle touch that the game flows smoothly, without unnecessary digressions or dead moments. Another thing I truly value is how Bruno takes the time to reflect with us on what we enjoyed the most, what worked less, and what we hope for in the future. It creates a safe and welcoming space where we can explore and live the roleplaying experience more deeply. For anyone who loves D&D it’s an experience I would wholeheartedly recommend.
