About me

I have been playing dungeons and dragons for a couple of years now, and enjoy campaigns heavy in role play and with interesting combat and environmental encounters! I have recently started to DM myself in a homebrew setting based off a grim-dark, psychological fantasy novel that I am currently writing, but until I feel more confident probably won't DM on here quite yet! I love creating characters with emotional and complex storylines, as well as funny characters depending on the vibe of the campaign, but also am happy to tone down my character for campaigns that aren't as PC-based. I also am a believer in rules as intended, and feel trying to exploit the rules takes the fun out of the game. I am quite familiar with the rules and am comfortable role playing, and do my best to draw other players into the game as well, and don't hog the story. I have mostly played with new players thus far and would be happy in a game with new or experienced players!
