Tulio's an excellent DM, took me from my first time playing LANCER all the way through a full campaign. He's got an incredible knowledge of rules and always happy to guide and research through niche situations that often come up in high level LANCER games. His campaigns are creative and fun, and he's always making upgrades in the background to the systems to make the experience all the better. Highly recommended, whether you're a beginner or more experienced.
