Inclusive, respectful and with an incredible grasp of the ruleset provided by DnD 5th edition are the main traits i believe would apply. The willingness to give every player their time to shine and tailor the story to each and every character's backgrounds and history is something that few can do so in such elegant fashion. If there is a system other than 5e that you wish to play with him, he'll learn it within a few days and provide a stellar experience afterwards.
