How Mino runs games
I run a style of game that focuses on characters freedom to change the world as they grow. With a fully homebrew and developed world that all my campaigns are run in with at least 10 different long campaigns having been run and used to develop and expand the world into a living and breathing one. It will be up to the players how they interact and change this world.

Blame me for the consequences of the world. If Im being unfair then I will take any criticism. If anything I appreciate criticism since then I can grow and change. But when players get personally attacked by these things when it becomes a problem.

Is totally ok. My games are heavy homebrew because I create a custom boons for all my players. So I can balance any character build into my campaign.
