Ven does a great job of making TTRPGs accessible to his players. Before having him as a gamemaster, I was always intimidated by the mechanics and rules of the games I wanted to play. However, Ven is both articulate and patient with his players! He is are also talented in world-building and storytelling, and each session feels like a puzzle piece to a bigger story. Each choice my characters make feels important and consequential–each victory feels satisfying. They also create such an interactive world, filled with some of the most memorable NPC interactions (not to mention the different voices!). Ven’s games are the most immersive I’ve ever played, and every session will always leave you wanting more.
