Codi is a wonderful DM that really tries their best to work with you to create a vibrant and engaging story for you and your character. The settings feel incredibly fleshed out, combining vibrant, detailed descriptions with engaging and varied NPCs. At my request, "objectives" or story hooks are sprinkled in, not feeling railroady but allowing me to engage if I feel my character would be interested. Though I'm positive they would be willing to work with you if you wanted to lean into a more linear experience or an entirely sandbox one! Codi themselves is friendly and easy to get along with. They're always willing to hear out ideas for me and check in regularly to see if there are things I would like to adjust or implement in the campaign moving forward. Definitely recommend! One of the best PbP DMs I've ever had!
