Ryan

Oscar is a fun and engaging ST. He does well at balancing rules as written with rules as intended while giving players plenty of room to feel awesome. Great at story-telling and creating vibrant and engaging characters for players to interact with. His good system knowledge allows and patient approach makes him good at balancing the needs players of varying experience levels. 10/10 would play Exalted with him again.
