Charlie is great! He both knows the rules of the system and allows for some Rule Of Cool. He's also very flexible, whether you want to write a short backstory, or a long one with some homebrew elements :-) He's got some really cool visuals and will even make an token for your character! Super fun to play with, definitely recommend
