Charlie and I have been playing together for a LONG time--he was one of my first GMs with a campaign that lasted longer than two sessions. From our days in Roll20 to VTT Foundry, he's very experienced with putting together online sessions and creating plenty of interesting and exciting locations and missions, along with a ton of extra lore and worldbuilding. Charlie does a lot of prep for each of his campaigns and he juggles quite a few of them without missing a beat. He also knows the rules for tons of different games: I usually have played Pathfinder (both 1e and 2e) and Monster of the Week with him, but you can trust that he'll read through the rulebook and help you out if you're not familiar with the mechanics of your character or the game itself. Charlie is also a really great actor and improviser, but he leaves a lot of space for PC interactions with each other, which I really appreciate as someone who cares a lot about the roleplaying aspect of TTRPGs. He also makes space for you to explore different aspects of characters, and really cares about hosting inclusive and respectful tables, especially when it comes to darker themes that we've explored before. Lastly, Charlie is pretty flexible when it comes to scheduling. When you play with him, expect to have longer sessions with scheduled breaks, plus debriefs at the end.
