Always well prepared, he not only knows what's supposed to happen, he also has a pretty good idea of what's not supposed to happen as well. If he doesn't already know what's up, it just takes a quick perusal of his notes to figure it out. He is very passionate about the story, the lore, and the PCs' role in it, through character development and drawing them "personally" into the adventure.
