I have been playing DnD and various TTRPGs with Ilinx for years now- and they are just a fantastic GM. I was a beginner to DnD when we first started playing together, but they helped me understand the rules, and encouraged me to speak up and have fun. I never would have gotten the hang of the game without their help and encouragement. Ilinx had hosted a couple different genres for us (inc. sci-fi, fantasy, horror) but they have a particular talent for telling big, cosmic stories, and they love a good tragedy. They integrate our character backstories into the narrative wherever they can, which has lead to GREAT character arc payoff, and some emotional moments. Also, their NPC game goes hard. Every single NPC they introduce has been incredibly memorable and lovable. Best of all, Ilinx is always open to feedback. They always ask at the end of sessions what's working, what isn't, and ways to tweak the game so that it aligns with everyone's play-style.
