Jonny | Badger Den Games

Johnny was a really great dm, patient and thorough with introducing me/others to a new system and vtt. While the adventure was a short campaign, he added a lot of flavour through interactions with npcs (which he had fun voices for), and situations where the party could deepen their bonds (like a festival's battle of the bards). Overall there was a good balance between rp and combat, and he was always open to the rule of cool, down to let players' harebrained schemes play out, and it made for a really engaging and fun run of sessions. I had a great time and highly recommend!

Logan

Logan's a great GM who was patient and thorough with teaching a new and complicated game to me, and was very good at keeping the group from getting stuck in the weeds deliberating, but where he really shines is the world building. Blades in the dark is a system where the enjoyment (at least for me) hugely relies on the world and the lore being built, and he was great at making npcs come to life through voices and descriptions, as well as making the story intriguing in a way that made me want to engage in exploring Duskvol, and throw my character into the action instead of playing more reserved. He obviously enjoys BitD and that clearly comes through, I had a lot of fun!

Lilith

Lilith is a great GM, she puts a lot of thought and work into building an interesting world and lore, as well as crafting missions for individual characters to tie them in to the campaign. I only got to play one session before my schedule changed, but it was enough to see that the story for the party will be interesting with a lot of focus on developing the characters, she does a range of fun voices for npcs, and is just very enthusiastic about making it a good experience for everyone.

I had a great time playing a one-shot, the DM sets the stage well for players to have freedom, but more importantly, fun. He was able to do some fun voices for the npcs, and that alongside the vtt really helped in immersion, and everyone really got into the roleplay aspect, even though we had just met. Would play with again!

The GM has a lot of enthusiasm for the system and had a lot of fun running the session, which in turn made the session a lot of fun for the players. He was able to explain pathfinder and foundry well enough for me to play, and had the best voices for the characters we came across. A great introduction to pathfinder, hell yeah!
