This man ran an 8 year campaign which included (but was not limited to) a binder full of NPCs, a setting which spanned a thousand years and the entire globe, included a plethora of creative monsters (both figurative and literal), actual gods, and a vast array of constantly updating mechanics. He's the kind of G.O.D. (Game Operations Director) that concerns themselves with the players first--he'll dive into the backstory you present and tie it to big things that you won't see coming. He's got the storytelling chops to make each NPC seem alive and real, each setting come to life just a little bit, and each encounter seem to have as much at stake as it should. In short: fun.
