I've played many sessions with Jacob and can say he's exactly what you want in a DM. He comes with a plan, but is able to pivot as necessary. He follows the "rule of cool." He does a great job of including all players, ensuring those that haven't interacted recently get a chance to do something. He's receptive to new ideas to improve the flow of the campaign. I'd definitely recommend him for anyone who wants to play with any range of experience and personality!
