An avid worldbuilder and homebrew creator, this DM is very flexible with your character ideas and knows how to weave interesting stories from the lore and player actions. Even if the other players aren't as invested in the game as you are, you can at least count on the DM to be engaged. I would recommend him as the go-to DM if you value freedom in character creation and gameplay. If playing the game exactly as-written in a setting you recognize is what you're after, you might be looking in the wrong place. But otherwise, strap yourself in..'cause it's gonna be a wild ride.
