I've had other GM's before I started playing with Zen, but they truly go above and beyond to make me feel integrated in the party, even as a late joining player. When I make my characters, I tend to focus more on stats and combat than on the roleplaying aspect, so I tend to have trouble actually playing my character. But, since playing consistently with them, I've started to really think about who my character is, due to them asking me introspective questions about my characters. Even in games I've played with them as a player, they strive to make everyone feel comfortable in character and out. They're very flexible and articulated as well, which helps a lot for new players and old players alike. I've yet to find another GM quite like them.
