Maia has become my favorite GM. She crafts worlds that feel real, engages all the players at the table, and, more than that, she encourages and inspires them to become better players, but always without judgment. She knows the systems she plays, but even when she doesn't know an esoteric rule, she doesn't spend hours kibitzing; she comes to consensus and moves on. She doesn't let the rules get in the way of play.
