I have played in several games run by Casey and she is one of the best GM's that I have known. She has extensive knowledge of the rulesets being used, but does not allow the sessions to get bogged down in mechanics. While providing player agency, Casey will still ensure the game won't go off-track. She always makes role-playing the focus and encourages everyone to be imaginative and creative. I would highly recommend joining a game being run by Casey...along with having fun, it will make you a better player.
