I have been a player in Doom's games for well over a dozen sessions already and participated in at least one One-Shot with her, with so very many more games still to come. To simply say I am overjoyed to have her as my Dungeon Master does not do her enough justice; she is INCREDIBLE. Every session I have with her leaves me bouncing up and down delightedly awaiting the next time we get to play together again. Doom is a masterful story teller. She weaves together worlds and tales in such a way that feels incredibly creative, immersive, and enchanting. Her stories are alive with vibrant lore and intricate characters. Every single NPC she creates has depth and personality behind them as well as an amazing voice and picture. She ensures every PC and their backstory gets their chance to shine; that no one feels like they are left out or left behind. You always feel like your decisions matter and, no matter what direction the party decides to go with a quest or tale, she keeps the narrative seamless, meaningful, and compelling. And believe me... we throw her a lot of silly ideas her direction. No matter what twists or offbeat choices we make, she finds a way to tie everything back into the world, making even our most chaotic moments feel meaningful and fun. Doom's games are incredibly inclusive and welcoming. From the very first moment, she sits down and talks with everyone to ensure we all understand what each of our boundaries and goals are in the game and she helps foster an environment where we feel comfortable reaching out if something doesn't quite feel right. Whether you are new to D&D or a seasoned player, she's got your back. She's happy to help or guide you if you need it and she encourages players to come up with creative ways to handle various situations; whether it is roleplaying a social interaction, dealing with a puzzle, or fighting in a combat encounter. Everything is rich and rewarding in her games. Needless to say, I cannot recommend Doom enough. If you have the chance to play in one of her games, take it. You'll be in for one heck of an amazing journey with her at the helm!
