If you enjoy an engaging narrative that'll keep you interested and immersed in the sheer might of the world you play in then please check him out. I've had a lot of gm's that are basically money sinks that care more for their pockets than player engagement. Tom makes each and every player feel like they are the main character of the story and it's incredibly rewarding. 10/10 would recommend.
