As a first-time player, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better intro to the game. I started with a one-shot learning session run by Sam, and it was amazing. He explained everything so clearly and patiently, with just the right balance of structure and fun. It made diving in feel exciting instead of overwhelming. Now I’m in my first full campaign with Sam, and I’m loving it even more. Sam is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the rules, which makes a huge difference when you're just starting out. He always knows how to handle questions or unexpected situations smoothly, which keeps the game flowing and stress-free. What really stands out, though, is how thoughtfully he builds the world and brings the story to life. The pacing is just right, and the NPCs feel distinct and memorable — he gives each one a unique voice and personality, which makes it easy to stay immersed. What I really appreciate is how engaging and welcoming the sessions are. Whether we’re in a big battle, chatting with NPCs, or just trying to figure out what’s next, Sam makes sure everyone’s involved and having a good time. There’s a perfect mix of guidance and freedom, especially great for beginners still getting the hang of things. If you're new and looking for someone to show you the ropes, Sam’s the Game Master you want. I’m so glad I gave this a try — it's been such a fun experience thanks to his passion, creativity, and all-around awesome vibe.
