Rob’s great, he isn’t overly strict on the rules especially for beginners like me but he does draw fair lines which I think is important. He does voices and gives NPCs a little extra flavor and character which is fun, he is extremely patient and good at explaining how things work and will work with you to help you build your character and try to integrate their background into the story even if it’s a by-the-book oneshot adventure which I enjoyed. He will listen to your ideas and give you his own in equal measure. If you’re new, like me, I can’t recommend Rob highly enough to get started.
