Had an amazing time playing a one-shot with Chris as our DM! His storytelling was immersive, and he expertly balanced a sense of tension and fun throughout the game. Chris did a great job making sure everyone had a chance to shine, whether it was in combat or role-playing. No mean feat considering we split the party almost instantly! Even though I didn’t know any of the other players going in, Chris quickly created a comfortable and collaborative atmosphere, getting us all working together well. I liked how he encouraged creative roleplaying and solutions to problems, generously rewarding with inspiration. His ability to roll with player ideas really made the session engaging and memorable. He did well balancing the different types of players from those who love to roleplay and are very character driven, to the more power gamers and the quieter ones. Highly recommend.
