The best thing about Gamersaurus Lex is that he truly sees his games as collaborative storytelling. Sure, there's plenty of rolling initiative and fighting bad guys, but the core of Lex's game is bringing players into his world and encouraging and allowing them to fully explore and expand what he's created. Although Lex plans for all sorts of likely directions the players might take, he doesn't skip a beat when players take a path he hadn't considered, and rather than trying to force the players into his established narrative, he changes the story to align with player choices. Like all great improvs, Lex's response is never, "No, you can't", but "Yes! And..." Everyone at Lex's table gets involved in the story, and he makes sure that everyone is involved. Some players are always more vocal than others, but Lex makes sure that everyone's voice is heard and that everyone's character has the ability to make his or her mark on his world. Out of the box thinking is highly encouraged, and as crazy as you get, Lex is right there to go along for the ride. Best GM I've ever had the pleasure to play with.
