Mark is a great dungeon master to play for, when we ran a short campaign with a decent sized group of people, he was able to make enough time to give each of us a chance to shine, as well as provide a challenge to us while running through an older module. I enjoyed playing with him and would definitely recommend him to anybody looking to start out, or join another session.
I played in JojoFrenchman's game the Sunless Citidel, our DM made the experience very fun, allowing our party to both go in guns blazing at enemies, as well as take the more diplomatic approach when it suited us, while also giving consequences for each action. It is one of my favorite times playing dnd and we all had a lot of fun during the dungeon crawl. To make things better, our group had requested to continue on the Tales of the Yawning portal, and the DM delivered with Forge of Fury, giving us another great time with our actions having consequences, our decisions feeling meaningful, and allowing us to have a great time. The DM used NPCs to round out our 3 person group, and it didn't feel like a slog, as the npcs felt memorable but weren't show stealers, meaning that as a group of 3, our party was able to have a lot of fun with each of us getting plenty of memorable moments, but also having a challenge that a more full party would face. I would highly recommend this DMs game to anybody who is interested, and if he has other openings on games I'd like to play, I'd happily join another group.
Both Ali and Gary from RollWithUsDMs were very fun to play with, they were great to play both the long module Phandelver and Below with and a few one shots as well, they both know their stuff and were able to help me as both a player and an aspiring GM. I would highly recommend them to new players, and I would heavily consider playing with them again.
