Blair an amazing story teller, she has used the rule of cool and narrative liberty frequently throughout my time playing allowing characters to shine whilst also providing some various story hooks and backfires way down the road. She is flexible enough on rules to where you can bring many ideas to the table that might not be by the book, but instead of a straight no she will work with you to make it as possible as it can be in her worlds. The community she has built is genuinely one of the most diverse groups I have had the opportunity to integrate with, they are all kind and accepting making me feel comfortable whilst RPing and during the breaks/session end conversations we frequently have. Her and the players she surrounds her self with are very knowledgeable on multiple game systems and always willing to provide assistance for your character or system questions. Joining her games is also joining a community, the discord in which she manages is full of people who love the games you do and are always looking for others to talk with. I have played in 4 different campaigns with Greg and will be continuing to play in his campaigns for the foreseeable future. The worlds he builds are full of surprises and always have something hidden going on in the background for the players to explore. He is very new player friendly in the sense of making sure the player not only knows the rules but why they are used that way in his story. He is very familiar with WoD lore and does amazing at including it in the story whilst also not rail roading you to make all events happen to the exact way they were written.
