Cham sets the standard for a good GM. He has an incredible knowledge of various game rulesets and can help guide you through them when needed, and is skilled at making each part of the game really come alive. He has all sorts of improvements he brings to any games he runs, and his homebrew material is always at least as good as anything from a 1st party publisher. I've been spoiled having him as a GM for years and at this point I can't imagine playing with anyone else.
