I have played 2 sessions with GM SG Winter and it has been a blast! She provides all the materials ahead of time, is well-prepared, and is very responsive. She also has incredible roleplaying skills, and while I do not believe DMs (or players) have to adopt voices for the characters they play, GM SG Winter has the characters talk in a certain pitch or cadence that allows players to imagine these characters more vividly. She is also descriptive and knows how to narrate scenes depending on the player rolls. All in all, I DM I would recommend to beginners and veterans alike!
