The dm was a great host, even with a small technical difficulty they had a back up and we got right back on track, very safe and private too. If you had an issue they’d handle it discreetly, they have work arounds for any problems you may have, and is very beginner friendly! Has great ideas on how to incorporate your characters back story into the campaign!
