A few people in my group were either new to Foundry VTT like I was, or new to D&D, and Tom was more than welcoming, happily taking the time to guide us through everything we needed to know. He sets the scene and will lay out the bait perfectly for the players to grab onto without railroading them into decisions. Best of all though, we often decide to do things just because it was the fun thing to do and Tom is happy to run with it...even if it was renaming one of his main NPC's to "Juniper" lol
