I’ve been playing with Belle for over 9 months now and cannot express my praise enough of how FANTASTIC of a DM she is! She always comes prepared, is quick to keep all the players engaged, and has a sixth sense of when to jump in with such immersive storytelling. In addition, she always keeps the story/combat moving while being mindful of the wellbeing of the players and helping with any inquiries. Belle has a “keen mind” of all that is going on, and has happened, while masterfully integrating player character backstories. She never shies away from hijinks, serious beats or creative solutions while being mindful of the rules AND will reward players for playing true to their class/alignment/values/flaws. Her characterizations of npcs are well played and so distinct that it is infectious for players to jump in and roleplay. I can happily say this is the longest I’ve been in a campaign, and I’m enjoying every minute of it thanks to the other players and especially Belle.
