Toast is really good at getting people new to TTRPGs acclimated to how a session is run, how to use Roll20 and other aspects of gameplay. I went in as a total newbie to all this stuff and he got me acclimated extremely effectively. Then once the games start he does a really good job at allowing player expression through our actions. Highly recommended.
