Ergo does an amazing job of building a universe that is malleable to his players choices. He allows for the PC's to truly shape the way the story will go. His ability to craft custom worlds is extraordinary and he does a wonderful job of making sure that his players feel comfortable exploring that world. He has multiple safeguards in place for PC who find certain topics uncomfortable for the table, and works hard to ensure everyone's voice is heard and all opinions are held of equal value. His dedication to the craft of running games and building worlds is second only to a select few, and I assure you he is vastly undercharging for his services.
