Jay has wonderful flexibility and story weaving. He knows just when to pull story threads and really hit the feels in a story. He's amazing at world building as well as allowing the players the their own creativity. His use of TaleSpire for maps is a beautiful immersion to feel in his world. Of all the DMs I've had I've enjoyed his games the most.
