Joe is an amazing DM I feel so lucky that I got into one of his games! If you have the opportunity to hop into one of his games, definitely take it. Every session is super immersive, and he's really knowledgeable. Great music and amazing NPCs. Top notch roleplaying! He also has a really great podcast called "Is that an Owlbear?" which is super entertaining. Joe's the best DM I've ever played with!
