Gingey (William) is a fantastic gm. I’ve been a player in his Lancer campaign for a long time and can confidently say I would recommend his services. His campaigns have great overarching story elements that tie the smaller beats together. The campaign has a great feeling of direction and we have a clear goal without feeing like we’re railroaded in choices. Our decicions and actions have weight in this living world that he creates. The characters that Gingey creates are so expressive and full of life. We’ve found that we love them so much we want to recruit them all into our party’s “company/guild” of sorts. The antagonists and enemies we battle along the way dont feel like 2 dimensional bad guys. They have depth and a mission of their own. Thats not to say we cant have our awesome moments of blowing them up or cutting through hordes of them. Gingey is a great gm and a great guy, and anyone would be lucky to have him as their GM.

You know that feeling when you and your party are waiting in orbit over a planet in battle? You know your gonna be hot dropped into combat, the synth music is kicking in, you hold your breath and the GM says "Ten seconds to drop." Man I live for moments like those. Thats what Mort brings to the table. Really enjoy his storytelling in and out of combat. Very creative and love that he appreciates and utilizes good art. His maps, minis, and music all follow a clear design language that really immerses you in the world. He utilizes cool visual effects in virtual table tops too which really makes the board and effects pop out. Very patient with explaining the rules to players new to the system like myself. Also really appreciate his positive and encouraging attitude towards players doing cool and creative stuff. Having him encourage you when you ask if you can do something cool (within the rules) really makes playing the game a lot of fun, especially for newer players like myself.
