I may be suffering from Curse of Strahd Stockholm Syndrome, but I cannot wait until my next session! After a Session 0 and a Session 1 with Josh, I am now thinking of ways to convince him to run other campaigns books that I've been wanting to play. If you're on the fence, don't be. Josh is a master with Foundry VTT and has all the right modules and configs in place to make the game immersive and fluid. He makes sure to incorporate all the players to ensure everyone gets the spotlight. He as set the DM bar so high right now, that part of me regrets knowing how good this can be. Ignorance is bliss...

Being new to the virtual TTRPG world, I wasn't sure what to expect with StartPlaying, but boy am I glad I rolled the dice on booking this session! Even before the session started, Jordan reached out to ensure I had the resources I needed to have a great time and guided me through all the nuisances of using the platform and tools. During the session, he provided a great mix of role play/combat/puzzles to keep everyone engaged and made sure to include all members of the party as we adventured - ensuring that everyone had a "spotlight moment" they could savor until the next chapter unfolds... I'm hooked!
