I'm very new to tabletop games, but Jacob took his time to answer all of my questions and was very patient with us throughout the entire process and made me feel a lot more comfortable with going forward with the campaign. He also made a special point of making sure it was a safe space for anyone to join and that every players worries and needs would be addressed and if anything made them uncomfortable, it could always be worked around.
