Herbie absolutely kills it with his investment into providing an excellent roleplaying experience. He invests in his worlds with interesting places, persons and events. He comes prepared for almost anything each session, so players can go off script and he will adapt. If herbie is asking for money to GM, you should tell him thank you for asking for so little and proceed to throw your money at him. I'm not being hyperbolic, he is legit the best GM I've ever had the pleasure siting down and playing with.
