Ash runs a fun theatre of the mind game with lots of PC relationship moments, lots of willingness to let players get creative with each other and NPC's, they had lots of things like items and place names ready to go, and they were introduced seamlessly whether by rolling or pre-written notes, I couldn't say. and they just rolled with it when the party deviated from a planned meet and greet mission with a contact to a full on robbery of an upscale establishment. they know their world and are happy to let you play in it and with it.
