Katie makes everyone feel comfortable immediately. They allow you to be yourself and to bring your whole self and your whole character to their table. They take great time and pay attention to little details when it comes to setting the mood in terms of maps, lighting effects, and music and it shows immediately. In addition Katie is just fun and laid back and feels like someone you've hung out with for years from about 10 minutes after you meet them. When game time comes Katie lets the players help craft the story but never loses control of the narrative. They create a truly collaborative experience and the world feels rich, lived-in, and alive. I would highly recommend Katie as a GM to anyone looking for a fun, exciting, collaborative storytelling and gaming experience.
