He is an incredible storyteller with absolutely impeccable NPCs. He was awesome during the character creation process, he even allows an absurd amount of creativity during it. His One Piece world is well developed with new ideas for already cannon characters as well as the actions of previous player characters holding weight and power within the world. I would highly recommend checking out a game from him.
