Reto is a professional author and you can tell. He managed to incorporate sophisticated NPC character development into our games in a way that enhanced the experience without overtaking PC stories or being self-indulgent. He was also able to dynamically balance the challenge of encounters to the number of players and their familiarity with game mechanics. He also does voices! Really well! I have played with many DMs over the years and Reto is one of the best I have ever encountered.
