I was hesitant to try a professional GM I hadn't played with before, but I took the plunge and Lex instantly put me at ease. He's welcoming, professional yet personable, and above all patient for newer players or those not as familiar with a ruleset. While I haven't been with Lex long, I feel like I've found an excellent GM and appreciate the way he runs his groups. He's prepared at game time, communicative outside of game hours, and not only welcomes, but asks for player input, be it in-game or out. I'll be returning for campaign after campaign in the future. If you haven't played with Lex yet, do give him a try.
